host family! (finally)

According to the DIS website and previous emails I should have gotten my housing information 10 days before the start of the program. This means for the last three days I have been obsessively checking my email. Today when I woke up, there it was! Hooray! I looked them up on Facebook and they seem really young, now I just need to figure out what to say when I email them. I'd like to know something about what I'm getting myself into before I head out.

I then obviously Google mapped my house, and it's a bit far away. Don't believe me? Here's proof courtesy of Google maps:

The blue marker to the Northwest is my house, the one in Copenhagen in the Southeast is the DIS building. Oh boy.

On the Peace Corps application front, I'm still picking away at my application. And desperately trying to figure out who to ask for recommendations. Aaaand I'm getting my wisdom teeth out in about an hour. Stupid government.
